As the managing member of Virginia Law, PLC, Rocco provides expert legal representation in immigration, civil litigation, real estate, and a wide range of other practice areas, delivering personalized solutions with integrity and professionalism.

• Virginia Attorney (1996–Present): Managing member of Virginia Law, PLC, specializing in immigration, contract disputes, civil litigation in state and federal courts, real estate transactions, divorce, bankruptcy, personal injury, trust and estate matters, and more. Additional areas include evictions, foreclosure defense, defamation, wrongful discharge, short sale negotiations, arbitration, constitutional matters, excessive force, and abandoned property.

• Real Estate Investor (1987–Present): Manager and owner of NV Properties, overseeing hundreds of commercial and residential real estate transactions as a broker, investor, and consultant.

• Land Title, LLC – Owner/Operator (2002–September 2007): Owned and operated a title company with four offices in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, managing over 50 employees during the mortgage boom.

• General Contractor (1986–Present): Certified Alternative Energy Contractor, purchasing and rehabilitating properties throughout the Washington, DC metro area.
